Identification and conceptual development of necessary transformation measures based on program strategies and deriving strategic roadmaps. Management of strategic and/or transformative projects, monitoring their implementation. as well as conducting individual modules of larger projects. Independent implementation of measures for the long-term anchoring of change processes. Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (including management, departments, project teams) for the effective implementation of strategic projects. Design and moderation of workshops and address-oriented preparation of complex content. Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses on the success of ongoing projects including derivation and prioritization of action recommendations. Preparation of strategic analyses, presentations and policy templates for management in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Above-average degree in economic, engineering or related subjects. At least 3 years of professional experience in the strategic field in complex industrial or technology contexts.
