You will take over the management of strategic, complex, international projects for the delivery of services, products and solutions for our customers. You are responsible for the success of this project in terms of time, costs, quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead and motivate project teams in a matrix organization. You ensure coordination, communication, and agreement with all relevant stakeholders. You are responsible for the management of subcontractors and partners. You support the continuous improvement of our service provision. You support the sales department in the preparation of offers and take responsibility for project planning.

You can look back on several years of experience in the successful management of complex, international customer projects and preferred have a degree in business administration or technical studies. You are business fluent in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage. Ideally, you have experience in the aviation sector. You have experience in setting up and leading project organizations a relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP) is an advantage.
