IT-Professional Business Consultant - Digital Crossfunctions (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. As a Business Consultant (BC) Digital Crossfunctions, you represent the interests of the BC areas in the bodies of the overarching IT initiatives and distribute the tasks and information to the respective BC ́s according to the recipient.

In close cooperation with our BC areas and infrastructure, you take over the coordination of cross-departmental IT initiatives, such as Google conversion or transformation into the cloud You coordinate the transformation of our applications into the cloud and deliver status and progress You develop and enter a community to exchange knowledge between international, IT and BC units in the countries. The goal is to strengthen the solution and application portfolio and share best practices You moderate the community meetings and the associated team channels in German and English to promote exchange Best Practice Approaches for Recurring Challenges, such as Revision Preparations, Planning Processes, etc., are prepared by you and conveyed across areas You support the operation and creation of our low code applications

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification You bring first professional experience or internships in the area of digitalization, change management or consulting You have a high IT affinity and ideally bring knowledge to Microsoft 365, Service Now, Low Code Platforms, Cloud Technologies and Google Workplace Ideally, you already had insights into the solution and service portfolio in the area of BC Central Services You have strong communicative skills in German and English as well as a proactive, solution-oriented way of working and keeps an overview even in challenging situations You have fun supporting people in change processes and inspire you for new technologies and digital trends JOBV1_EN
