Your tasks You're the face and the first voice of our bank. Whether on site, on the phone or via our digital channels: You treat our customers competently and cordially. Customer support & service: Support for issues related to online banking, account management and card issues. Cash service & cash management: settlement of the daily cash business (in and out payments), execution of the cash settlement and filling and care of our ATMs. Communication: Professional management of incoming telephone calls and targeted appointment arrangements for our customer advisors. Service processing: Direct and complete processing of customer orders. Requirement recognition: recognition of customer needs and forwarding to the corresponding areas of expertise.
