You are burning for innovation and digital transformation – we too! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and corporate-wide projects. We don't let IT do, we do IT ourselves. Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Own-responsibility of the purchase for e.g. IT services or in the context of projects at national and international level. You negotiate procurement contracts with our suppliers. You can rely on the support of other NEW YORKER departments and the Group Law Department. You actively accompany major projects. You support the development and continuous improvement of framework contracts and the identification and implementation of savings potentials and process improvements in the purchasing sector. Careful selection, negotiation and support of strategic suppliers to secure long-term and stable business relationships. Close coordination with IT specialist departments to analyze the need and development of optimal procurement solutions, including sound market knowledge and benchmarking.

You have a well-founded commercial or technical training or an equivalent qualification and can already look back on relevant professional experience. You have in-depth knowledge of purchasing – ideally in the IT environment – and control complex procurement processes independently. You have experience in negotiating procurement contracts. The safe handling of MS Office is one of your strengths. Your knowledge of English in word and writing allows you to communicate in a sovereign way at international level. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical ability, safe negotiation skills, and a structured way of working, which contribute significantly to the success of your projects. You convince with high team skills, communication strength and a proactive hands-on mentality. Nobody is perfect! You don't meet the requirements to 100% and you still want the job?
