CNC milling cutter / machining mechanic (m/w/d)

We are looking for a long-term use in industrial metalworking. You work on CNC milling machines, equip tools, check measurements and make sure that the manufactured parts fit.

Your tasks

• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Deserts of machines after production order
• Reading and implementing technical drawings
• Program or customize CNC programs
• Select, measure and change tools
• Production of individual parts and serial components
• Measurement and testing of workpieces with sliders, micrometers or teachings
• Control of dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• Removing minor disturbances during operation
• Cooperation with work preparation and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training as machining mechanic, CNC milling machine, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification in the metal sector
• Experience in CNC milling
• Sure reading of technical drawings
• Knowledge in controls such as Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc of advantage
• Experience in cnc machines
• Deutsch in Word und Schrift
• Sustainable and accurate operation
• Quality and technical understanding
• Providing work in the shift system
