Our team “Law and Contracts” bundles legal expertise in business, contract and corporate law and is responsible for all contractual issues. In the function as a syndicate law attorney (m/w/d), you create contracts, accompany national and international projects and advise specialist areas - so make sure that business interests are maintained and risks are recognized at an early stage. Your tasks at a glance: As a project lawyer, you will accompany national and international projects from planning to implementation and ensure that legal issues are resolved at an early stage. You prepare contract negotiations with customers and suppliers, carry them actively and ensure legal, practical solutions. In close cooperation with areas such as purchasing and engineering, you will advise on legal issues in day-to-day business and projects. In the project-related claim management, you support professionally and help to evaluate and manage claims cleanly. The management will continuously accompany you on operational legal issues and provide clear basis for decision-making. The training and know-how transfer area is also part of your portfolio of tasks: Through targeted training offers, you strengthen the legal understanding in the company.
