Social pedagogical family support (§ 31 SGB VIII) Intensive, daily family support – in education, everyday organisation and crises Detection and Enable Resources - Make Strengths Visible Where Others See Problems Child welfare according to § 8a SGB VIII – responsible and solution-oriented Support planning, documentation and reporting for the Youth Office Networking with schools, kitas, counselling centres, authorities and other professionals Education (§ 30 SGB VIII) Individual support of children and young people in their personal development Support for appointments – school, medical facilities, authorities, debt counselling – as required Support in self-containing and daily management of young people Close cooperation with families, youth office and social environment Accompanyed transitions (§ 18 SGB VIII) Planning, implementation and follow-up Creating protective frames: allow child-friendly, safe parent-child contacts Observation and documentation as well as reports and opinions on Youth and Family Courts Advising all participants – children, separate parents, reference persons Close networking with the youth office, family court, process advisers and other professionals Applications Frankfurt am Main or Main-Taunus-Krei
