Then we are looking for the role “Project and Innovation Managers” in the “VWAV and Innovations” department of the Automotive department. The unit ''VWAV und Innovations'' is responsible for the joint venture ''Volkswagen Autoversicherung AG'' between the Volkswagen Group and the Allianz Versicherungs-AG. Volkswagen Autoversicherung offers automotive insurance solutions for the various brands of the Volkswagen Group and foreign brands. Our mission as the Automotive Retail department is to fully accompany customers from the time of car purchase to the use of their vehicle. This is what we expect as a project and innovation manager (m/w/d) Identification and analysis of innovations: You recognize and evaluate new trends and technologies in the field of automotive insurance and the automotive industry and derive the implications and opportunities for our business model. Creation of market potential and business cases: You develop and validate business cases for innovative products and services. You evaluate the market potential and the economic feasibility of new ideas and concepts. Management and coordination of projects: You carry out innovation projects from idea to implementation and ensure the timely and budget-compliant implementation. You work with interdisciplinary teams and external partners. Interface management: You work closely with relevant specialist areas of the Allianz Group as well as with the automotive cooperation partners and build and support networks for internal and external stakeholders - including automotive manufacturers and technology partners. Communication and reporting: You regularly report on the progress and results of the innovation projects to the management level and present project results and recommendations for further steps.

This is what you bring as a project and innovation manager (m/w/d) You have best completed your university degree with a business focus with good performance. You have a deep understanding of automotive insurance and the automotive industry, as well as experience with innovation processes, especially in the field of embedded insurance. Finding knowledge and experience in project management, with the ability to plan, manage, and successfully complete complex projects, will distinguish you. Your strengths include strong analytical skills to evaluate market potentials and profitability, as well as the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders at different levels are part of your profile. High self-motivation and self-employment, innovative joy and willingness to go new ways, and flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment complete your profile. You have knowledge of German and good English.
