Planning, implementation and control of engineering works such as evaluation, planning, static detection, tendering and awarding, performance detection/calculation, construction management, construction monitoring and construction documentation Perception of competences for all buildings and external installations Maintenance and maintenance of buildings (incl. shaft constructions) and associated building equipment, roads, paths, walking paths in the area of the site including the dirt water and rainwater channels and the associated shaft constructions according to the self-control regulation as well as water regulations Technical, constructional and costly planning, control and handling of construction applications based on existing building regulations Coordination with the competent authorities Support for procurement operations (planning and implementation) Examinations in accordance with the test manual (PHB) Determination and processing of pollutants (PCB, asbestos), care of the pollutant cataster Planning and execution of asbestos measures

Completed civil engineering studies or equivalent training Multiannual practical experience in the field of construction technology/polluting materials Speciality TRGS519/521 Good user knowledge in SAP and MS-Office as well as the willingness to work into power plant-specific programs High level of initiative, willingness to deploy, commitment and team skills
