Dispatcher Regional Transport (m/f/d)

Whether linking, euro and megatrailer or standard truck – As a member of our team, you organize the safe and punctual delivery for partial and complete loads. Also for hazardous goods, goods or direct load, you are the competent contact person*in for our customers. In cooperation with other medium-sized forwarding and logistics companies, you offer a comprehensive service for the procurement and distribution of the goods of our customers.

For our team in regional transport we are looking for active support as a dispatcher.

You take on the disposition of our local transport areas You communicate daily with our drivers and camp staff You are a contact person*in for our customers from offerings to order processing You take care of the tracking of shipments and the control of pick-up orders You check the costs on the basis of defined key figures You work with internal interfaces and communicate with them as part of the order processing

You have completed an apprenticeship as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or have a comparable qualification with You have already been able to collect professional experience in the MRP You have good geographic knowledge of the region and good market knowledge You have a large organizational institution and a structured way of working You are self-contained and committed You would describe yourself as a teamable and flexible You speak German and English and you know well with the common computer programs from
