Continuously develop our partner network, defining the principles for the expansion and optimization of our network with currently 80 partner companies. The aim is to make 25,000 service operations efficient and high quality every year. You also initiate and control projects for the introduction and optimization of digital processes, such as the integration of external partners into digital systems, and with fresh ideas to further improve our service processes by using artificial intelligence. You define standards as well as KPIs for cooperation with partner companies and ensure that they are maintained or continually improved, so you promote quality and efficiency. You can design guide planks for connecting new partner companies and make sure they are seamlessly integrated into our network. Last but not least, you present your results confidently before decision-making bodies and work closely with our executives.

Education: completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification Experience and know-how: Experience in project management, process management and stakeholder management Personality and Working: You are communicative and burning for new things, with your empathy and your organizational skills, you bring people together and goals forward, while you are proactive, thinking and never lose sight of detail Enthusiasm: Interest in using modern technologies, especially AI Languages: good German and English
