Care and further development of the data models, structure and care of dashboards, as well as the operational controlling of the group Preparation of Budget Planning/ Forecasting and Deviation Analysis Reporting, analysis, cost and cost center accounting Proactive participation in process optimization Ad-hoc analyses and evaluations focusing on project and product controlling Participation in the planning process (Forecasts & Budgets) and monitoring Monthly monitoring of operating units in intra-group / external reporting as well as ensuring project and product control Understanding business models and joy in shaping

Successfully completed study of the economy(sinformatics) or a comparable qualification About 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Found experience in BI controlling a group of companies or in a consultancy company Experience in the analysis and control of business processes Good communication skills across all organisational stages and external contacts Experiences with Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Openness paired with independent and structured working Embossed number affinity with attention to detail Fast conception and flexibility Entrepreneurial thinking paired with pragmatism Energy, Drive, an analytical way of thinking and interest and openness for AI supported applications and solutions Interest in healthcare work German and good knowledge of English
