As Head of Digital Buildings Execution, the responsibility lies in the support of the Execution Team. It shall be ensured that the power is delivered cost-effectively and within the prescribed framework. This includes, in particular, the optimization of project processes, the support of knowledge sharing and capacity balancing within the execution teams of the other regions. This is done in accordance with the existing regulation of the technology, in accordance with the corporate guidelines and processes as well as in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (e.g. defect elimination, preventive measures, project review, project reporting, approval procedures etc.).

Your IMPACT Check customer queries for assigned projects, create responsibilities/load specifications, support in the offering calculation and in the sales process, including order processing Performed the Opportunities pipeline with the sales, the Head of Execution Buildings and monitoring of various KPI's in project execution Participation in optimizing project management processes, project costing and defining project strategies Construction and maintenance of an internal network, in particular specialist departments to be supported Team Management as part of Leadership Expectations & IMPACT Values Compliance with and implementation of Group Directives regarding EHS Responsibility for the company's results in the projects assigned to the site Ensuring and monitoring PM capacities in the Execution Center Resource planning within the projects and early notification when capacity shortages occur
