Your profile • You have a completed study of social education or a comparable degree, for example as an educator • Professional experience in working with young people and adults with multiple problems is desirable • Professional experience in cooperation with network partners • You get in touch with the target group quickly, can build a trust relationship and motivate conversations • the existence of a special pedagogical additional qualification “rehabilitation pedagogy” (Ada-ReZA) is desirable • You go unreservedly with people of different cultural and social origins
