Responsibility for pay billing, time management, occupational pension provision and HR operations as well as operational support of assigned topics, including ensuring monthly HR provisions and account clarification with Finance Control of external service providers and ensuring the quality & compliance of the responsible areas Contact person:in for internal interfaces (finance, controlling, HR Business Partner, executives) and works council as well as for external contact persons (e.g. authorities) Active co-design of projects such as SAP SuccessFactors EC, SAP S/4HANA and drive the digitalization and process optimization
