Head of Customer Acquisition & Lifecycle Marketing (m/f/d)

You're expecting You develop a forward-looking customer acquisition strategy and implement it together with the teams – with the aim of optimizing advertising costs in the long term and developing our customer file strategically. You run the teams Direct Response Marketing (including SEO), CRM & e-mail marketing and Data & Analytics – in total around 30 in-house specialists controlled by your three Direct Reports. You increase the networking of the various disciplines and work across the channels on common target images – also with colleagues from other areas of marketing and beyond. You are also part of the overall marketing strategy team. Together with relevant stakeholders, you develop our MarTech and data strategy. You create the strategic roadmap for topics such as Attribution, Webtracking or Personalization and the potentials of AI. You accompany executives and teams through change processes, actively shape our organization design and act as Role Model and Sparring Partner: at eye level.

You have more than 10 years of professional experience in the digital marketing environment, of which several years in senior position. You know B2C e-commerce from the in-house perspective and have successfully replied to several disciplines. You are methodically versed, you think networked and have proven to be able to develop and implement integrated strategies. You are a:e designer:in and like to take responsibility. You understand the importance of data and measurability, use it as a basis for decisions and are able to help shape long-term data strategies. You have accompanied change processes and desire to lead teams through transformation. In doing so, you are empathic, transparent and structured. You are an experienced leadership that can lead both directly and laterally – with clarity, eye height and confidence. You can prepare complex topics for different target groups up to the Executive Level and present and discuss them in German and English.
