Social worker for the BvB and youth workshop in Stade (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

For the social education support and support of our participants in the vocational training (BvB), we are looking for a dedicated social education specialist:

• Individual social education and counselling
• Group offers to promote key skills, health promotion and everyday skills
• Planning and implementation of free-time educational offers
• Individual offers for demolition prevention
• Coordination and implementation of individual funding planning in cooperation with the team
• documentation tasks (competence analysis; funding planning; Reporting

Your profile

• degree of social education, social work, pedagogy, rehabilitation education (diploma, master, bachelor) or state-recognized "teacher" or "teacher" with relevant additional qualification and professional experience
• Teamability and responsibilities for the implementation of the individual funding objectives of the participants
• Communication skills and willingness to cooperate with the actors involved in vocational integration and social stabilization
• Good planning capability and organizational capacity
• Good computer competence (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail, MSSV)
• Class B driving licence
