End-to-end responsibility for key strategic projects: from conception to stakeholder control to successful implementation in a complex matrix environment

Strategic Concept work & Business Impact: Identification and raising of value drivers to optimize the profitability and efficiency of our supply chain and product processes

Interface management & bridge function: orchestration of cooperation between Product Management and Global Sourcing and Sparring partners for top management in direction decisions

Data-based decision-making: Conducting sound quantitative analyses to derive clear strategic recommendations from complex data situations and prioritize projects

Change Management & Transformation: Active design of cultural change and organisational capacity to adapt new processes and ways of thinking sustainably

Studies: above-average degree in (economic)informatics, engineering, economics or a comparable degree course

Professional experience: More than 3 years of relevant practice, for example in a top management consultancy or the strategy department of a well-known commercial or consumer goods company

Problem solving competence: structuring and targeted analysis of complex issues and independent development of solutions in the team

Stakeholder Management: Impressed ability to bring about a consensus at management level even with divergent interests

Communication: Sovereign appearance in the international environment and excellent presentation and communication skills

Analysis: Translation of complex facts in management-oriented decision-making templates
