IT Supporter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Recording, analysis and editing of Incidents in a ticket system
• Technical and specialist support of employees by phone, remote or on site
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of various end and peripheral equipment
• Identification and troubleshooting in operating system, application and other areas
• Redirect unsolved requests to third level support
• Support for the implementation of various IT projects

Your qualifications:

• Complete training in the IT environment or comparable knowledge *Finded experience in 1st and 2nd level support
• Deep knowledge about current MS Office applications
• Secure handling of Windows environments in the client and server area
• Excellent German and English skills
