As a Operations Controller, you are a Finance Business Partner at the Controlling for our Operations Organisation. In an international environment with SAP as a consistent system, you create transparency about product costs, stocks and results. You analyse costs and deviations, initiate and support measures to improve margins and, in cooperation with Accounting, ensure the correct assessment of stocks and the clean GuV effect. Product costs, calculation & deviation analyses (SAP S/4HANA) Owner of the product cost-calculatory line in accordance with IFRS in close cooperation with Accounting Implementation and further development of the product cost calculation in SAP incl. Standard to Actual Analysis of product costs (standard / Actuals) Identification of cost drivers in unit lists, work plans, routings Support for monthly/annual financial issues monitoring stock risks, derivation and tracking of measures and production processes; deriving recommendations for action Finance Business Partnering for Operations Sparring partners for operations in performance, efficiency and cost issues Preparation and moderation of regular performance reviews (month / quarter) incl. Cause analysis and measurement tracking Support for initiatives to increase margin and productivity Planning, Forecast & KPI Transparency Participation in budget, forecast and multiannual planning for operations (costs, product costs, investment, headcount) Construction and development of KPIs / Dashboards Continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality in SAP S/4HANA

Complete economic science studies (e.g. BWL, Finance, Controlling or Industrial Engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience in stock-based accounting, operation / factory controlling or production-related controlling Practice in SAP S/4HANA in controlling / costing environment, ideal product cost calculation and understanding of material Ledger / Actual Costing Experience with Standard Cost Setups, Cost Component Split, Production / Overhead Absorption Very good analytical skills as well as structured, independent mode of work, high data and process affinity and pragmatic hands-on approach Business partner mentality Very good knowledge of German and English Travel readiness (about 25% travel)
