(Senior) Energy Management Clerk / Back Office – Remote / Home Office (m/f/d)

As part of our project-related work, you can look forward to a wide and varied range of tasks from the following areas: market communication including relevant data formats or supplier change processes (GPKE/GeLi Gas) or changing processes in measuring (WiM) or accounting processes on the distribution and network side; or balance sheet (MaBiS) or settlement of measuring point operators (MSB) or heating and operating costs; or Energy data management (EDM) or device management/management or a contract account or Asset management Your experience in the processing of complex topics within one or more of the above mentioned energy-economic areas creates the ideal entry at the hsag. You work primarily with the SAP IS-U accounting system, but possibly also with the Wilken, kVASy, Lima, MBS, Powercloud or Schleupen systems. We presuppose prior knowledge – yet we offer you an integration into yet unknown systems.

Excellent! Also with three or more years of experience you are right with us! You also have a completed commercial training, e.g. to the office businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife, merchant/buyer in wholesale and foreign trade, merchant/wife for dialogue marketing, merchant/wife in retail or comparable training You are safe to use the current MS Office products, especially with Excel, as you can successfully support us in numerous projects You work extremely efficiently and put high quality standards on your work results You are also well familiar with the case-closing processing via department boundaries and standard cases and could already take part in projects or special tasks, such as test support or quality assurance.
