Technical Project Manager for Police & Fire Brigade Real Estate (m/f/d)

You are responsible for managing and implementing projects Plan repairs, conversions and initial installations of electrotechnical installations, including the determination of requirements and the quality determination and ensure that the measures are economically and professionally feasible You create the planning from the design, including the cost and fee calculation, through the tendering and awarding to the independent construction monitoring and/or take over the control of TGA planning and realization via the performance phases 1-9 With your experience, you control the performance of all project participants and work with the result analysis for demand-oriented planning You monitor the design-oriented execution by quality controls, time monitoring and compliance with the regulatory requirements You work closely with our commercial colleagues and the responsible technical object managers

You have completed your studies in electrical engineering or completed electrotechnical training with further training as Masterin/Technistin You bring well-founded knowledge of electrical engineering with the focus on emergency power, e-mobility, building automation, telecommunications technology and a superior technical understanding with You have already gained experience in a comparable technical environment and ideally have good knowledge of procurement law With your organizational skills, you will perform tasks structured and solution-oriented You convince by your sovereign communication, your openness for constructive exchange and your strong team orientation You enjoy unique properties – just like us!
