Personal, organisational and professional management of the institution Contact person (m/w/d) for internal and external concerns about the organisation and presence of the accommodation Contact care and communication to internal and external bodies and authorities as well as network work with regional associations and associations Travel and service planning, management of personnel talks and implementation of other administrative activities Support of the team in everyday care

Completed studies in the field of social work, social education incl. state recognition or a comparable qualification Experience in the leadership of employees and working with refugees Ideally good knowledge of relevant legal frameworks in asylum, residence and social law Outstanding social competence, empathy, communication and conflict resolution capability Independent and responsible functioning as well as organisational and coordination competence
