What you do with us: You take the internal and external correspondence with landlords, authorities, insurance companies. You are a contact person for the repair department regarding the replacement purchase. You take over the order processing and commissioning of crafts and services via SAP. You are responsible for the professional accounting and accounting with SAP. You will start investment applications via SAP. You check and balance the rental contract data in coordination with the contract department. You're working on government regulations. You are responsible for general office activities.
