The Department of Children and Youth Assistance in Saxony-Anhalt expands its offer: For the 01.01.2027 we open a new intensive pedagogical offer according to § 42 SGB VIII for children and youth aged 6 to 17 years in acute crisis situations.**

As Team Management (w/m/d) They are a multiprofessional team and bear the professional and organisational responsibility for our residential group. Your New Task

• Guidance of a Team of pedagogical professionals
• Guidance of Team sessions
• Service and deployment planning
• Approval** and financial responsibility** for offer
• Active participation in the development of concept, standards and team culture in the construction of the new institution
• Acceptance, first care and pedagogical stabilization of children and adolescents
• Crise intervention and Deescalation in acute hazard and exposure situations
• Perception of the protection contract for child welfare (§ 8a SGB VIII)
• Implementation of Clearing processes to assess needs, resources and perspectives
• Structure of a safe, reliable everyday life taking into account individual load factors
• Professional relationship work with young people in exceptional situations
• documentation, reporting and assistance for helpplan processes
• Close and solution-oriented Cooperation with caregivers, youth offices, schools, therapists and other network partners

Your profile

• Completed training for the state-recognized educator / youth and home educator (w/m/d) or
• Completed study of **Social Work / Social Education / Childhood Education / Medical Education / Special Education / Education
• Comparative qualification
