• They are responsible for and advise our customers proactively and monitor the scheduled handling of the shipments.

• You edit differences in the course of the broadcast with the help of reports, lists and hall recordings.

• They form the interface between other branches and the customer.

• You document deviations in performance creation and process complaints.

• You work in close coordination with our operational departments

• They have a completed commercial training - ideally a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services.

• You already have professional experience in the field of customer service.

• Ideally you already have experience in the field of forwarding / contract logistics.

• Very good MS Office skills, as well as good English skills are available.
