Versatile projects: Project management for large-scale projects in the role of contractor representation for their own projects Responsibility: Efficient and structured project organization across all phases of HOAI / AHO Bring your expertise: Leading and controlling object and specialist planning and coordination of all project participants Examination & advice: You are responsible for project controlling and reporting, as well as the preparation of decision bases for the steering bodies

Experience & Training: Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position with project experience and a completed study, e.g. civil engineering Expertise: Safe application of the HOAI / AHO, VOB / BGB and other professional regulations Operation: Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, negotiation skills and enforcement Empathic personality: Representative social competence, team and communication skills JOBV1_EN
