Projektleiter (w/m/d) Maintenance, maintenance and repair of electrical installations and equipment Assessment and documentation of the state of electrical installations (e.g. on the basis of tests and visual checks) Technical guidance and guidance of electrotechnically instructed persons (EUP) Support in fault analysis and elimination in the field of electrical engineering Ensuring compliance with safety and standard requirements (VDE, occupational safety) Cooperation with external service providers and subcontractors

Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronic for energy and building technology (w/m/d), electrician/electro-installer (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Profession as Haustechniker Elektro / Servicetechniker Elektrotechnik (w/m/d) Safe knowledge of the maintenance and repair of electrical installations in buildings Additional qualifications of advantage: Medium voltage switch KNX identifiers (building automation / smart building) Responsible and independent working High service orientation and reliable appearance in handling customers and users Team capability and willingness to occasionally call depending on the field of application Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration) Driving licence class B required
