Processing of user requests in the Windows 11 and Office area via ticket system and telephone Managing user accounts including access rights with Microsoft (Azure) Active Directory Implementation of orders IT-specific resources Conception, planning, implementation and evaluation of projects for the further development of IT infrastructure Self-responsible work in a young and very motivated team with flat hierarchies

Registered full-time student in the field of business informatics, computer science or equivalent course First experience in system administration (Windows Server and Linux) Fun on new information technologies and basic technical understanding Joy of customer-oriented work Teamability, Analytical Thinking Power and High Usefulness
