Sales assistant in retail (m/f/d)

Founded in 1991, WEIBO Manufakturen markets the products of a variety of national and international brands in the fields of table culture, living and gifts.

We are looking for a dedicated retailer (m/w/d) in parttime (25-30 hours per week) that strengthens our team.

In this position, our customers advise you competently and friendly, sell our high-quality products and ensure a well-kept, attractive sales area. Our range includes selected products from the fields of kitchen, porcelain, interior and design.

With your open way, you contribute to offering our customers a positive shopping experience and achieving our sales goals together in the team.

Your tasks

• Friendly and professional advice from our customers
• readiness and openness to work into new products and processes
• Active sale of our products
• Support for the presentation of goods
• Care and order of sales area
• Ensuring an attractive shop image
• Acceptance and control of goods
• Reordering of goods as required
• Cash management and settlement of payments
• Support for inventory and inventory control
• Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships

Your profile

• Experience in retail or sales is advantageous, but no requirement
• Friendly appearance and joy in dealing with people
• Good communication skills
• Organizational and independent working
• Teamability and flexibility in everyday work
• Good knowledge of English is advantageous
• readiness for flexible working hours (Mo-Fr 10-18) and work on Saturdays (10-16)
