Description

• As an IT process expert or expert, you are responsible for the cross-application consulting and the alignment of internal customer requirements in the process area CO (Controlling). You support adjacent process areas (quality, development, production, logistics, investments and the Robert Bosch (RB) central areas). You are a:e essential:r driver:in our S/4HANA template implementation.
• As a competent contact person, you accompany the Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC) legal units in the system moving from our SAP R3 systems to the new S4/HANA systems, including the connection to the systems of the Group headquarters.
• You define the process and solution design for the requirement, document and guide the appropriate implementation and guide the global rollout in the respective HC companies. We support our financial and controlling organisation worldwide.
• Furthermore, you will take care of the key users in our worldwide locations and take support tasks.
• Sovereign you are moving in an international project environment, you can play a key role in higher-level IT projects and their implementation (e.g. SAP/R3, S4/HANA). You professionally enter your internal clientele.
• In addition, you are in regular exchange with other process areas within HC as well as with the central financial and controlling functions of the RB headquarters and other business areas.
• Last but not least, your person actively participates in the transformation in the financial and controlling sector.

Qualifications

• Education: completed (special)higher education in the field of BWL, process management, business informatics or comparable
• Experiences and know-how: comprehensive process know-how in the fields of accounting, consulting and application knowledge in the field of SAP ERP/R3 and S4/HANA for the module CO as well as optimally in adjacent process areas, experiences in the acceptance of process requirements and process chains, long-term experience in the application of project management methods (PEP and agil) as well as in project implementations, moderations and documentation capabilities
• Personality and mode of operation: your strength is above all in your communication skills with others; you are safe and flexible; thanks to your analytical work and strategic thinking, it is easy to keep an overview even in high-speed phases
• Working day: you bring travel readiness and can work with us hybrid - we meet every week about twice in the office
• Enthusiasm: Fun on new challenges
• Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
