Werkstudent Corporate Transformation d/w/m RWE AG, Essen Start at the next possible time, part-time (max. 20 hours / week), limited (at least 9 months, ideally longer) RWE is a designer and pacemaker of the green energy world. The Group employs more than 20,000 employees worldwide and has a clear goal: to become climate-neutral by 2040. As a company, we have set ambitious targets for reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. In the RWE Group, we control and coordinate the activities of our various operating companies. RWE AG is primarily responsible for general management, strategic decision-making and the determination of the long-term objectives of the company. As RWE AG, we define the direction for the company structure and determine how the financial, human and technological resources are distributed to the various operating companies in order to align them with the strategic priorities. The Corporate Transformation (CHT) department is working in close coordination with the Management Board on various topics to make RWE’s corporate culture sustainable by identifying transformation needs and taking appropriate measures to implement them. The department supports RWE's Lean, Change and Agile programs and supports the group-wide introduction of artificial intelligence and digitalization.

You support the Corporate Transformation Team: The co-design of innovative concepts for the design of the organization and culture of RWE. Support for projects and workshops (preparation, implementation and documentation). Preparation of presentations to prepare decisions at management level, e.g. for the Executive Board.

You are a enrolled Bachelor or Master student with excellent academic achievements (as a Bachelor student you have completed the first 3 semesters). You could already gain experience from similar activities (e.g. internships, student support activities, project experience), preferably in one of the areas of change, lean, agile, digital/AI or organizational development. You have a passion for change management, lean, Agile, digital/AI or organizational development. You can quickly find new topics and questions. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working and bringing a high degree of certainty paired with a high commitment. You like to work in teams with an open feedback culture. You speak fluent English (in word and writing). You have experience in the application of Microsoft Office 365 with strong PowerPoint skills and a general interest in working with state-of-the-art technologies like GenAI. Plus no need German language skills.
