Industrial Mechatronics Technician-Industrial Mechanic Maintenance & Repair Production Plants (m/f/d)

Ensure installation availability: You ensure smooth production and maintain the operational readiness of our machines and systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems), with a focus on functionality and work safety. Error analysis and troubleshooting: You identify and analyze fault and fault causes in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and robotic systems. You plan and carry out damages, taking into account applicable provisions in the field of occupational safety, environmental protection and accident prevention. System creation and operation: You design complex mechanical systems and design the technical integration and optimization of these systems from work planning and assembly to commissioning. Maintenance and care: You take responsibility for the maintenance and maintenance of our production components including testing, maintenance, adjustment and monitoring of repair work. You implement TPM according to detailed maintenance plans. Documentation and Reporting: You are planning and reporting error, testing, maintenance and inspection reports as well as comprehensive plant documentation.

Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, locksmith, mechatronic, manufacturing mechanic or plant mechanic. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. B2/2) Expertise: You bring experience in the maintenance and maintenance of production facilities and have knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and welding technology. Flexibility and commitment: You're ready to work in 3-shift operation. In addition, you bring the willingness to volunteer work on weekends and holidays, as well as to take on willingness to call.
