For our stores in Hamburg we are looking for a full-time store manager (m/w/d).

Store management according to central requirements Responsibility for sales and inventory results and all management personnel activities including personnel deployment planning Implementation of given concepts and guidelines with design possibilities Maximizing the location potential Leadership and further development of the team Acting as a motivator, model and coach, as well as creating a communication culture

Leadership experience in large-area concepts/ larger teams Economic knowledge found, among others, in the evaluation of KPIs Impressed organisational capacity in day-to-day operations/ long-term planning High sense of responsibility and joy of decision in a dynamic culture Hands-On Mentality
