Own implementation of the monthly pay bill for Germany including all pre- and post-work Compilation of preparatory wage and salary documents for Austria and Denmark in cooperation with external tax advisors Maintenance and management of master and movement data and control of billing-relevant changes Processing of entry and exits, contractual changes and all accounting personnel measures Implementation of the reporting and certification system (including social security institutions, tax offices, health insurance companies) Contact person:in for employees and managers in billing, wage tax and social insurance issues Creation of evaluations and participation in the further development of payroll processes and interfaces (e.g. time management)

Completed commercial training with training in the field of pay billing / wage & salary Multiannual professional experience in independent payroll accounting Very good knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security (DE) Ideally experience in cooperation with tax advisors and/or in preparatory accounting activities for other countries Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with billing systems (such as Napa, Datev) Structured, careful and timely operation and high number affinity Discretion, reliability and service-oriented communication
