As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

The CS Collaboration (CDI) organization unit is responsible for BWI's projects and projects for the "Collaboration & Digital Administration, Information Management (CDI)" cluster of the Bundeswehr. The CS Collaboration aims to plan and launch collaboration and groupware technologies for the Bundeswehr. Among other things, the projects Groupware, DokMBw, LI13 (NuKomBw 2.0) , LI14 (VCSBw Höher VS-NfD) are processed.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed university studies or comparable and at least. 6 years of professional experience
• Specialized knowledge of common technologies in the context of Groupware (e.g. e-mail, document content management)
• Analytical thinking, decision-making and implementation and communication skills
• Experience in the digitization of business processes
• Experience in the Bundeswehr customer environment, such as staff and administrative work
• Knowledge and experience in classic and agile project management, ideally with certification
• readiness to travel within Germany (approx. 20%)

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the comprehensive requirements management of Collaboration, Digital Administration and Information Management (CDI)
• Analysis and evaluation of the implementation of the client's requirements
• bundles and prioritization of requirements with the performance-producing departments
• Advising customers in the Bundeswehr environment in the course of the planning process and issues of digitalization in the area of CDI
• Implementation and co-design of committee work
• Acquisition of project responsibility
