In this role you actively shape the future of our institution. Their goal: to guide and develop housing aid strategically and humanly, especially from a commercial perspective, in order to open up protection and new prospects for women and children. Specifically, you control personnel and organization in your management function, ensure the economic stability, promote motivation and development of the team and thus ensure the professional quality of our work. You continuously develop our quality management and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Self-confidently represent the institution to the outside, design public relations and media presence and build trusting relationships with cost-beneficiaries, authorities and external partners. At the same time, you use innovative approaches, implement responsible social AI and make our social work sustainable. Last but not least, ensure the stable utilization of the offers, acquire new clients and maintain intensive exchange with the management.

A completed degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) of Business Administration/BWL or comparable qualification experience in management function Desirable, experience in homeless assistance or comparable professional fields, combined with practice in finance, controlling and public relations A team-oriented and independent working style, the ability to process extensive information and analyze relationships, the courage to develop changes and to inspire your environment for the changes Very good expression in word and writing Class 3 driving licence Identification with the symbol of the Johannesbund gGmbH
