Werkstudent External Recruiting (m/f/d)

As a working student in the field of talent acquisition, you can support our team 15-20 hours a week, in particular with the following administrative tasks: Profile creation: You support the creation of candidate profiles for customer/offering discussions, using modern AI-based tools for this. Search: Your tasks include the search for new IT freelancers for our profile database. Reporting: You also support the evaluation of the key figures in the talent acquisition. Data management: You also support the team in general organizational and administrative tasks.

You are studying humanities or social sciences, business management or a comparable course of study. You will bring first practical experience from an industrial sector. You are convinced by a strong organizational talent and you are happy to work independently on topics. You are safe in dealing with Google Workspace or MS Office. You're a team player and your reliable and careful way of working is yours. You bring knowledge of German in word and writing.

Work In order to give you the flexibility you need in everyday work, we will allow you to work out of the EU country for up to four weeks a year.
