You take a central technical responsibility in the operational IT operation of our international organization with locations in Germany, France, Spain and Austria.

Your focus is on a stable, secure and professional IT operation. At the same time, you bring structure into existing processes, optimize processes and develop our IT landscape together with the IT management.

Senior IT Operations Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Stable IT operation Ensuring stable, performant and secure IT operations Acquisition and independent processing of complex 2nd and 3rd level topics Analysis and sustainable solution of demanding disorders Close cooperation with the IT-Desk Cloud, Infrastructure and Network Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment Supporting central services around Entra ID as well as adjacent cloud and infrastructure topics Responsibility for network and firewall topics Working in infrastructure, cloud and company-wide IT topics Security, optimization and further development Implementation of technical security standards in operational operation Working on and developing security solutions, including in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Defender) Monitoring, system hardening and continuous improvement of security architecture Analysis, optimization and automation of recurring tasks in daily business Construction and maintenance of clear, comprehensible technical documentation Responsible implementation of topics Independent planning and implementation of technical projects (e.g. introduction of new systems or solutions) structuring requirements and deriving concrete implementation steps Coordination of topics and coordination with internal stakeholders and IT management Responsibility for results, quality and sustainable integration in operation

Multiannual experience in system and infrastructure administration Very good knowledge in Microsoft 365 environment and a good understanding of modern IT environments Experience in network and infrastructure topics, especially in the field of firewall and connectivity Experience in the operational handling of IT security and a good understanding of security mechanisms in everyday life Practical experience in dealing with security solutions, especially Microsoft Defender, is advantageous Experience in automation, ideally with PowerShell Experience in independent implementation and management of technical topics or projects Ability to structure tasks, to set priorities and to consistently promote issues Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and pronounced service orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
