What you do • You are responsible for the care organization and documentation in your living area. • You ensure the implementation of our quality standards. • You guide and support your employees. • You write the service plan for your living area. • You are a contact person for the people we care and their relatives. • You can determine the internal training needs, coordinate the training courses and take individual training courses. • The implementation of nursing visas and integration talks as well as professional advice complete your field of activity.
