In this role you take over the technical project management of the SuccessFactors introduction. With your understanding of personal processes and the view for practical purposes, you coordinate the external implementation partner, control interfaces to IT, HR, data protection and works council, and ensure that a stable, resilient and user-friendly HR system becomes from an ongoing rollout.
