Your Challenge Your expertise is in demand at the interface between our customers and our developer team: As an experienced GaN specialist, you support and advise with your expert knowledge about our applications and processes. From the head office as well as on-site, you are our guarantee for satisfied customers with demanding and complex questions – because thanks to you, internal and external communication runs smoothly! To do this, you work closely with the regional key account managers and process engineers and send their priority top topics to the relevant experts in the headquarters. We can rely on your analysis and prioritization: you define important contact and escalation points and coordinate the actions of common development programs. In your own training and training videos, you bring your skills into the broad practice and drive our knowledge transfer with your application notes and maintenance strategies. Always keep an eye on the product roadmap, act as a reliable input provider for project management like the technology departments and continuously improve our products with your ideas. Together with the product manager and the experts for the laboratory processes, you will create a strong team: you will prioritise the improvement projects together with your choices and advance your application.

That's what you bring University degree in engineering or in a natural science as well as several years of relevant experience with GaN MOCVD process applications as well as in project management Knowledge of semiconductor technology and mechanical engineering Flexibility in meeting constantly new challenges Self-responsive and independent work in the team As a responsible team player, you always think quality- and process-oriented and keep an overview in new situations. Readiness to travel to our customers' laboratories and production facilities (up to 20%) Routinized handling of MS Office programs Good English knowledge of word and writing
