Become part of an agile 8-headed cloud team and shape the Next Generation of our securities settlement platform: We develop a future-oriented event drives microservices architecture based on Spring Boot and Kafka, which processes millions of securities transactions for banks in Germany stable and performantly. Our cloud platform is a central component for the technological future of dwpbank. Your design space is correspondingly large as a Product Owner. A modern, state-of-the-art technology environment awaits you in which you can actively shape the further development of our cloud platform while taking your team and relevant stakeholders on this path. In addition, you work closely with other Product Owns and a future Lead PO and thus shape the cloud strategy comprehensively. Product vision & strategic orientation: You take responsibility for the further development of our cloud platform and develop a clear product vision with tangible goals. In doing so, you keep the added value for the company in mind, continuously advance improvements and understand how to inspire team and stakeholders for joint orientation. Professional leadership in the Scrum team: You give orientation to the next steps, focus on content and meet clear, comprehensible decisions. As a Sparring partner at eye level, you support the team in professional questions, create focus and help to make the vision come true step by step. Control Backlog & Structure Requirements: Product Backlog is your responsibility. You prioritize with the greatest benefit, formally understandable requirements and cut them into implementable units that enable continuous and planable implementation. Stakeholders & create transparency: You bring together requirements and expectations of different stakeholders and ensure clarity in priorities. You can create transparency about the current state, dependencies and capacities and ensure a realistic, comprehensible planning. Market, Networking & Cooperation: You keep a close eye on technological developments and market requirements around cloud platforms, are closely connected with relevant teams and use synergies across team boundaries. So make sure that the product develops forward-looking and optimally into the entire landscape of the dwpbank.

You bring several years of experience as Product Owner in an agile environment and feel safe in this role. Priority, decision-making and dealing with different requirements are part of everyday life for you. You are familiar with topics such as Kubernetes, Microservice architectures and AWS. Knowledge in Kafka or PostgreSQL are a plus, but not a must. Whether oral or written – you speak fluent German (C1) and English (C1). You have the pleasure of actively advancing forward-looking topics and you will be able to understand your vision and inspire others to this path. You communicate confidently and move safely in an environment with many interfaces. Also in exchange with overarching stakeholders such as e.g. the top management, you will be able to meet different expectations. You also keep an overview in dynamic situations, balance options, and make pragmatic decisions so that important topics can advance well.
