Your role As a service technician (m/w/d), you and your team are responsible for maintaining machine availability and perform necessary service activities on wet etching systems and sub-equipment. Performance of service activities on wet-etching systems and sub-equipment (warnings, flow calibrations, plant upgrades and repairs) Maintaining machine availability and developing maintenance improvement measures Participation in the approval of manufacturing processes, machines, measuring instruments and workplaces Working to optimize service measures in terms of quality and quantity (plant) technology Implementation and control of maintenance measures and intervals (also SAP) Participation in CS actions on SPC, Up-Time, Performance Management Creation and maintenance of work and maintenance rules for all operations related to maintenance Creation and maintenance of OCAP's and service protocols, databases and systems (SAP-PM, MES, SPC) Organisation and coordination of training measures for technical personnel incl. Creation and maintenance of training content Cooperation with Fab-Engineering to optimize service intervals and conduct experiments Maintenance of cleanliness and order (S&O) for the associated service area in the section (purity and service area) Implementation, care and maintenance of environmental management measures (ISO 14001) on the occupational safety management system (ISO 45001) and quality management system (IATF 16949) Processing of equipment error messages in coordination with process engineers and/or service and maintenance managers Cooperation in the implementation of plant-FMEA's

State-tested technicians in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics and the like with the ability to electric power Willingness to shift work Experience in repairing technical equipment Technical and craftsmanship Planning and organizational talent and communication skills Teamability and social competence in handling many interfaces flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing Intensified computer skills Experience in SAP is beneficial
