Maintenance & service in the private customer area: You take care of maintenance, inspection and service operations at heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities for private customers in the Borken area. Troubleshooting: You carry out repairs, maintenance and repair work independently, check and measure existing systems, undisturbed them and ensure reliable operation. Installation support: You carry out work in the field of heating modernization as well as bath refurbishment including fine installation and perform assembly and dismantling work taking into account the applicable regulations (e.g. VDE, standards, drawings). Work preparation & documentation: You prepare your assignments independently and document the work carried out in a comprehensible manner, so that an upsize creation is possible. In addition, you conduct work documents, works books and construction site documents. Repair: You carry out repairs and exchange components to ensure reliable plant operation. On-site customer support: You are a private customer on site, advises them competently and instructs them to use the facilities. Optimization of existing systems: You recognize optimization potentials and implement measures to increase efficiency.

Training: You have a completed training as a plant mechanic SHK or a comparable qualification. Experience: You ideally have professional experience in customer service, maintenance or service of technical equipment. Customer orientation: You are safe and friendly and enjoy dealing with private customers. Self-employed work: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. Mobility: You have a class B driver's license and are ready to take over regional customer assignments.
