You support the smooth running of the circular business unit and perform the following tasks: Participation in the organisational preparation of committee meetings of the Circle Support for members of the Circle in organizational matters Data management in the session management program ''Session'' Implementation of the minutes General expertise and administrative tasks

Training on/for administrative staff, training as a merchant for office management or comparable commercial training Service orientation, communication skills, contact skills and team spirit Careful, result-oriented and structured work Responsibility and organisational skills Good IT skills especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
