As an in-house consultant (m/w/d) MS Dynamics, you take responsibility for the MS Dynamics 365 system of our client and are central interface between management, internal departments and external system house. You can expect a wide range of tasks with a long-term development perspective towards leadership - both nationally and internationally. Report line directly to the management, for which the smooth operation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 has the highest priority Advising internal areas of expertise in the optimization and digitization of processes Requirement and evaluation and coordination of implementation with the external system house Quality assurance, testing and documentation of system adjustments Interface management between IT, departments and external IT Participation in international projects within the group of companies Mid-term: building and leadership of your own team possible

Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Good technical understanding (customizing, interfaces, data flows - no programming role) Process understanding and ability to translate department requirements in IT language Communication strength and joy in cross-functional cooperation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Independent, structured working with a view to the whole Insufficient training or study as well as professional experience as e.g. IT project manager, IT consultant, project manager or similar
