You take over the professional and disparate leadership of an in-house team in SAP consulting (focus on finance) and develop team, structuring and working methods You design and manage the system in the financial sector with a focus on SAP and ensure a stable and sustainable operation You control the requirement, release and project management and ensure a trans­national prioritisation and adequate implementation You are responsible for the efficiency and further development of IT-assisted pro­grammes and specialist architecture You actively support change, promote open communication and act as a central point of intersection between professionals, IT, management and other partners: You participate in strategic questions and actively drive innovations in the SAP environment

You have a complete study of (activity) information, economics, mathematics or a comparable quality. You have experience in the management of employees, both in a disparate and professional manner, and have been active in projects for several years. It will give you the pleasure to develop people, to communicate their response and to promote potential in the team. You bring several years of professional experience in SAP consulting, ideally in an insurance group. You have well-founded know-how in the SAP environment, ideally with gravity finance, and have experience in one or more of the following modules: SAP FI, Group Reporting, Cash Management, FS-CD, Sourcing and Procurement, FS-CML, FS-CMS or RE-FX Multiannual experience in IT coordination and in project and process management are advantageous You are convinced by analytical thinking, high results and care – and You are both sovereign, cooperative and value-estimating.
