They bear the overall responsibility for the three departments Human Resources Management, Recruiting & Training and Human Resources Development. The Human Resources Development department will guide you personally in the Human Resources Union. Together with your team, you will continuously analyze current developments in human resources as well as in the labour market, including relevant trends and legal changes. They report directly to the Executive Board, advise them on strategic and operational personnel issues and are also part of the expanded management. In addition, you coordinate central HR projects, accompany change processes with a targeted communication strategy and drive the digital transformation as well as the further development of the personnel area actively and with creative ideas. As an esteemed Sparring partner for all business areas, you develop strategic and operational personnel concepts together and bring your expertise to your attention as a motivator. They act as the first respondent for the works council and maintain a partnership, trusting cooperation. As part of your cross-sectional function within the extended management and together with your team, you prepare the bank proactively for significant future developments. That makes you: They have long-standing, successful leadership experience in the personnel sector – ideally in the financial sector or in a comparable consulting-intensive environment. You have ideally completed your studies with a focus on business management, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable subject. They think entrepreneurial, act strategically and combine creativity with a subtle sense for people and the dynamics of modern labour markets. As a persuasive leader, you are characterized by high social competence, strong team spirit and an inspiring, motivating leadership style. Their pronounced communication strength – both in writing and oral – is ideally complemented by their analytical thinking and a high organizational talent. Ideally, you will also bring first practical experience in the professional use of artificial intelligence in the HR context.
